Right of withdrawal
1. Principle and deadline
In accordance with articles L. 221-18 et seq. of the Consumer Code, the Client has a period of 14 days from the receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify their decision or incur any penalty.
When several products from the same order are delivered separately, the period runs from the receipt of the last product.
2. How to exercise your right of withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform Nalamy of your decision by means of a clear and unambiguous statement.
You can, in particular:
- use the withdrawal form available on our website;
- contact us via our Contact page;
- send an email to the contact address indicated in our Legal Notice;
- send your request by mail to: Nalamy — Marine Philippo — 25 rue de Ponthieu, 75008 Paris, France.
Your request must reach us before the expiration of the legal withdrawal period.
3. Return of the microscope and accessories
After informing us of your decision to withdraw, you must return the Nalamy microscope and any accessories provided to the return address that will be communicated to you.
The return must be made without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days following the communication of your decision to withdraw.
The direct costs of return remain at the Client's expense, unless otherwise indicated in writing by Nalamy.
4. Refund
In the event of a validly exercised withdrawal, Nalamy will refund the amounts paid for the order concerned, including initial standard delivery costs when regulations require it.
The refund will be made at the latest within 14 days following the date on which Nalamy is informed of your decision to withdraw.
Nalamy may, however, defer the refund until the product has been recovered or until you provide proof of its shipment, the date taken being the earlier of these two facts.
The refund is made using the same payment method as that used for the order, unless expressly agreed to use another refund method.
